🚨 How to Report a Problem, Post or Member Don't argue back. Don't start Forum Fight Club. Report it and let the admin team deal with it. Include where/how to report and the temporary [email protected] contact until Andrew sorts the proper addresses.
📢 Official Patient Support Announcements Admin-only topic for website updates, new features, maintenance, competitions, changes to rules, scheduled downtime etc. Basically the community noticeboard without 47 replies asking "what happened?"
🤝 Businesses, Partners & Promotion Explain that promotion requires prior approval, businesses are vetted before approval, and no agreement = no promotion. Also make clear an approved business appearing in the community isn't automatically an endorsement of every product/service they offer.
🔐 Staying Safe & Protecting Your Privacy No prescriptions showing names/addresses, no personal contact details publicly, think before posting screenshots, don't share account details, report suspicious DMs/scams.
