Forum / ⚠️📢REPORT A BAD BATCH 📢⚠️

Something genuinely wrong with your medication? Report it here.

6 Oct 2026 17:02
This reporting system is for suspected product or batch quality problems, not simply medication that wasn't effective for you.
Reports help Patient Support identify patterns. One patient having an issue may be an isolated experience. Multiple patients independently reporting the same product and batch number gives us useful information that can be investigated or raised through the appropriate channels.

IMPORTANT
“It didn't work for me” is not a bad-batch report.
Patients can respond differently to the same medication. Effects, strength, taste, dryness or personal preference alone do not necessarily indicate that a batch is defective.
Please use this system where you have a genuine concern about the quality, condition, packaging or integrity of the supplied product.

Submitting a report to Patient Support does not replace reporting a suspected defective medicine through your pharmacy, clinic, manufacturer or the appropriate official reporting route.

Patient Support is an independent patient community and is not Medicann, your pharmacy, the manufacturer or a medicines regulator. We cannot determine that a medicine is defective, recall a product, provide medical advice or guarantee a particular outcome.

Reports may be reviewed and compared with other reports to identify possible patterns. We will not publicly declare a product or batch defective solely because it has been reported by a member.
If you believe using the medication could be unsafe, do not rely on this community report for an answer. Seek appropriate professional advice.
