Morning strange one but has anyone ever requested there prescription from a diffrent pharmacy via medicann? Say medican havent got something in stock but montu have how hard is it to get medicann to let you order through them?

From what I've seen Medicann T&C's say you can, but they say you can't. We have had patients ask and it's been denied each time. That's not to say there's not a first time for everything 🤷 You don't ask, you don't get 🤣
